Well, I got great news. It was the battery and it was covered under warranty. Even one of the BMW employee's I talked to was surprised it was covered. I didn't get charged a dime and it runs great now.

I can tell the difference even in the way the car runs. It seems to be more responsive. It could be just me, but the car runs better too. Man do I love BMW's warranties on the M's.....

Alternator is probably working a little more efficiently now, putting less strain on the motor.

I wish I had a supercharger.... Yeee Haaawwww......

She sure is getting back in top shape. Just in time too. I am going to the 17th Annual Historics Races next Sunday, July 3rd and get to park in the paddocks (Corral) and drive on the track for parade laps (barring no track mishaps like a crash and cleanup). It is going to be a great day. I just hope the weather holds up. I get to park with all the BMW's.....How special....

I mentioned it to you Dan. You must not have heard me tell you and that is the reason you didn't respond. I may have left out a few details. It would have been great to have you along. We have a lot of similar interests. Besides, I knew you were going to Portland (not really)... [;)]

He had his hearing aid up to loud - it was ringing when you told him...he only heard what you were saying after his wife told him to turn it back down [hihi]

Dan are you going to Concours this year? Just wondering I am thinking about it; show it, but not have it judged. Just for the fun of it. I believe it takes place the same time Renton River Days is going on. I'd be fun.....
