I find that it is funny how the fuel gage sits directly under the Speedo.......I guess it is so you can watch your gas go as fast as the car goes

There aren't fog lights because the area where the fog lights "should" be are the intake ducts for the engine air filters/air intake.

I don't understand why they couldn't have figured out a way to design foglights into the front fascia, though.

Nope, never taken one for a ride. Interesting that I have driven a Z4, 745li, and even a Z8, but never got behind the wheel of the e46. You are suggesting that I do aren't you!
