You should drive the Honda and compare this not only to SUV's but to actual, respected driving cars. There is not even a remote comparison between the Honda and the SUV's like Tahoe, Expedition, Explorer, and so on; they just don't compare, it's like the SUV is a Buick and the Honda is a BMW, it's that different.

I rate the Honda as on par with some of the better American cars for performance and handling. And worlds better than any SUV I have driven except the X5 and the FX45, which are too small in back for some use.

I completely agree - my neighbors have the Nissan minivan (not nearly as nice as the honda, esp. the interior) and it handled almost as well as my dad's 1999 pontiac grand prix.

Congrats Bryan, I think the Odyssey is the best choice when it comes to minivans.

My sentiments exactly. You will love the Honda. I almost bought one before I bought the Honda Passport (this right before the Pilot came out) and sometime I regret not buying it, but I love the Passport too. Good choice for the money. I think you will love it....

I like the Odyssey redesign but still...you can get a fully loaded 2004 RX300 for $36,000 down here in Houston. Great vehicle, great storage, kid friendly!

But alas, if your wife wants the minivan then she'll get it!

I personally don't like the RX300. My neighbor has one and I find them to be very small inside. Not enough room. I feel cramped every time I get in it. This is just my .02 cents....

The RX300 was not an option because when I suggested it my wife said it looks like a roach. Well okay then, really no point in even looking because if she thinks it looks like a roach it’s best to just move on. I don’t think it would offer the room anyway.

we used to have a Odyssey, cool car and probably better since its a much later model, same basic structure with impovements, the station wagon would have been cooler but you can't fit as many people
