The median price in New Jersey is actually higher at 4th quarter 2003 than California. California, although very high, shares similar high home costs with New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts, among other isolated areas around the country.
Those that are actually familiar with basic wealth and elementary financial factors in the United States are also at least somewhat aware of the micro economies within our nation.
