Nope, why would I be crying? In real life, this kind of stuff is meaningless.

I just wanted to voice my opinion [rofl]
Haha, if its so meaningless, obviously you have some insecurity problems about it for BLOWING UP becasue you poor and jealous. [;)] I mean if its so meaningless, why'd you get so mad? Are you just trying to look cool?

but remeber its meaningless to you, and you are meaningless to me

i don't need (or want) to read what you have to say, so please don't respond. After all its meaningless right? so don't respond

ANd my house is 9000 sg feet. sure thats small?
I usually try to avoid playing the "spoiled rich kid" on these forums but this time I can't resist. My house is 23,000 square feet, no joke at all, so yes, to me 9,000 square feet is small.

if money is what gains your respect then you have a lot to learn. if you noticed emile wasn't suggesting you guys be rich buddies, but actually suggesting that there are most likely a lot of people on this board who have houses and cars that make you and the rest of us look like peddlers. there are also a lot people who would love to have that kind of money, or would hate it.

I never disclosed how much the house costs, BMW_Fanatic just made an estimate (an incorrect one at that). Either way, my apologies, I was just trying to make a point.

California is the hottest spot in america, of course a 23,000 sq foot home would be ALOT more there..

Look wheres hes from New Jersery.. Thats not a hot spot.
andi m curious to know how much it is since he said my estimate was wrong.

Northern NJ (specifically Bergen County) is considered a hot spot. There is little land left available and people like this area because it is so close to NYC (from my house, it's a 10-minute ride to the GW Bridge). Also, the whole county is home to middle and upper class residents so it's quite a safe area to live in. There are some other reasons that make this area a "hot spot", but they don't need to be discussed. Basically, due mainly to location, the value of homes around here are largely inflated.
And my dad is a developer in real estate, so no, I'm not speaking out of my ass.

please dont turn this into a bashfest guys... rich or poor, keep that out of the equation, we're here to talk about the things we love! Bimmers, and other autos... lets not hate on each other now shall we? theres enough hate flying around in the world...

some personalities here may not agree with each other, fair enough, but its a messageboard, and such things can be put to a side on messageboards... lets keep this a pleasant place to come around to shall we?

The median price of a single-family home in California is likely to jump 13 percent to an all-time high of $414,100 in 2004 from $366,450 this year, the California Association of Realtors said. Reuters SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 2, 2003

Median price of a single family home in New Jersey is $373,926 and is expected to increase by 19% in 2004. New Jersey Builders Association January 2004.

The median price in New Jersey is actually higher at 4th quarter 2003 than California. California, although very high, shares similar high home costs with New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts, among other isolated areas around the country.

Those that are actually familiar with basic wealth and elementary financial factors in the United States are also at least somewhat aware of the micro economies within our nation.

See Forbes wealthiest Americans. Notice how many are business people. Yes, that’s right, business people, not P Diddy whoever and the others on MTV’s my pad or whatever the hell it is.
