I got caught doing 82 in a 55 the same day Mike's picture was taken. I got lucky though, very lucky; the cop asked me a couple of questions (most of them were concerning alcohol) and just told me to "try not to speed next time", I said thank you very much and went home.

Tim, what if the car next to my Mustang was a Opel Corsa????? Dont think they can achieve 210, at least my wifes old corsa couldn't.

Mike, i think that doesn´t make any difference. even in german law they can not judge you on a presumption that a corsa "might" not make it. btw, there are corsas that actually can be that quick...

tom is right, get us a copy of that picture if it gets to you, which i hope will not happen!!!

Will do, you should go to Race wars on 30 June-02 July in Eisenach. I will be out there with the Mustang on 01 July. Try to make it

i once was doing 135 in a 50 (mph)... i managed to brake down to 95 by the time i went by the cop. she wrote me up for 85 in a 50... and i got it reduced to a $125 non-moving violation.

hope that gives you some hope.
