I worked for GM many moons ago, they did not require than that to park on their lot you had to have a GM product, but they made you feel like you'd better!

Dan the GM plant down in Janesville (which is one of the oldest automotive plants in the world, and GMs oldest), which builds big beautiful Chevy Tahoes, GMC Yukons and some Caddy Escalades, has two lots, one for GM cars, another for "the other brands".

Further down I-90 and into Illinois you hit the Dodge Neon plant (In Belvedere), same thing.

If you can't drive what you build and take pride in it, get the hell out of the plant.

If you read the article, it states that there is another lot that non-Ford-driving-employees can park at. The article seems like it exaggarated the issue.
