I think GM saw that they WERE going down hill, and were like "we need something kind of exciting" and made this. Having a non-BMW posted on THIS forum, and not having it TOTALLY bashed is a very big thing!

I think there are many here who are "car" enthusiasts. Not everyone here is a non-BMW basher, however there are some that can't see past the blue and white propeller....

Oh I completely agree - It's just that the "car enthusiasts" unfortunately dont post in threads like this, its the "non-bmw bashers" but that's okay, most of us can see through that anyways. People are just afraid to deny liking something besides a BMW.

I do not deny it, I like the looks of this car. I cannot wait to drive one and see if I like the performance and handling as well! There I feel better...

I can see past the blue and white propeller, I happen to like all types and brands of cars. I mostly put my comment on her while I was in a playful mood. Seems as though it was taken a little serious. Keep it light bra!!!

Reread the whole thread before you point fingers. I was not responding to "your" post. This was in reference to Eric's (epj3) posts. There is some history on this topic on this board that was being conversed....

"Forgive me, forgive me, ForGive Me" (a great line on the fisher king) . I guess there are a lot of opinions that get expressed on here. And I can tell that you have been posting for awhile, so it would be safe to say you have seen some bashing. I guess not knowing all of that while I was reading your comments made me assume you were being a little passive.

Hey man no worries. Sorry if my post seems to be a bit harsh. I didn't mean it that way. Rereading my post I guess it does come off that way. In the past we have had many that can't give any other automobile maker the time of day. To some extent I can see where they are coming from this being a BMW board, however BMW's are not the end all of vehicles.

I am an avid BMW enthusiast, but end all I am a car enthusiast. I love motor vehicles.

Long live BMW....
