Just wanted to show you guys what my father-in-law just bought.

1999 BMW M coupe w/ 72k miles. My father-in-law found this car at a dealer down the street from where he works in Chicago and says it is in immaculate condition. The only thing it needs is some new rear tires, which the dealer is getting him at cost. He picks it up next week.

It's his first BMW. My wife and I are going to visit her parents in March, and I can't wait to drive this thing!

Sounds like someone may have givin' that girl a serious spanking before giving it up to the dealer? lol.
Those wheels are the sex.
I'd love to drive an M Coupe... Or any M for that matter!

I just got back from our vacation and got to spend some time behind the wheel of my father in law's M coupe on some pretty fun, twisting two lane country roads in northern Kentucky. What an amazing, dynamite car! It is completely mechanically stock and that car handles like no other car I've ever driven. It is pretty darn quick, too. It is also in amazing condition with only a few rock chips and such that you would expect on a car of this age and mileage. He has plans to have the front and rear bumper covers repainted to take care of those rock chips and possibly some Dinan suspension mods and ECU software. As promised, here are some pictures.
