We have having a nice break in the weather so far. So I brought the m3 home.

I got my exhaust parts in, hopefully they will get installed on friday.

I am going to run two 2.5 pipes to a dual in/out muffler, with two magnaflow cats

Sold my koseis so I put the stock wheels back on for now.

Yeah, some people hate magnaflows on bimmers, I have seen a lot of installs with them though. When you go 100% custom exhaust you oddly have a limited muffler selection... Unless you wanna hack up a $900 e36 catback.

Considering how tha muffler was $90 shipped, and the cats $55 each, thats cheap as hell.

haha love the hood prop. that car has to be wild!

haha yeah, the hood shock took a shit on me. It is wild! When I was driving it home on dry roads 2 days ago, I just put it in 2nd and pressed the gas, didnt stomp it, didnt drop the clutch, just firmly pressed it down, and I just broke into a huge wheel spin, backend swung out, it was cool as hell!

I also had bald ass tires on like, every tire had steel threads showing they were so low.

Dude that's awesome.

PhatBimmer you need to get out more. I've seen more magnaflows on european cars than remus or most other typical 'euro exhausts.' They sound VERY sick.

I absolutely cannot imagaine. I'm so jealous.

i did that with my tires once. On the way to getting them replaced i ripped tire as much as i possibly could. That getting the most out of your tire haha. (luckily they didn't pop) (this was in my ol e30)

Gotta tell you its much more dangerous to change tires with metal showing. That stuff is sharp.

I am SOL right now....

The exhaust shop that was going to do it said they could not make the bends around the subframe. I went to another shop and they said that 2.5 inches was too big, and if they did it, it would cost about $600....

Right now I my buddy may build me the mid pipe I need then I can goto the original shop I wanted to have them finish it off, they do good work and are cheap as hell.

So I am pretty pissed, I was really lookin forward to driving it for the first time in over a year this weekend. Well... I guess I did drive it, it just sucked because it was louder than hell and I couldnt stomp on the gas because the lack of velocity from not having an exhaust would just make the engine stutter.

As for wheels, I have e36 17" LTW reps that are going to go on once I get the e36 m3 brakes on.
