Here's "The Beater".... she got buried by 30cm of snow a week ago, and now there's 20cm more on top of that that is falling tonight. Not the best car I've ever driven in the snow (yes, I have snow tires... Dunlop Sport Winter Ice or somthing) but not the worst. Anyways, just though I'd throw these up for guys like Joseph who have never touched snow before... I'll trade ya!! Winter rally driving is so much fun!![headbang] OH!, and it's been minus 15 degrees celsius for the last couple days.

Yeah Winter is my favorite season. Snow tires make a world of difference, and people who have never had them before just don't know. RWD > FWD any day of the week, the only issue I have is ground clearance. Anything the size of a softball I have to swerve for, but beyond that I am a champion of the winter roads!!!

Yeah, I also have problems with ground clearance... mostly scraping my exhaust and oil pan along the middle track of the snow... got a busted fog light now too. I am actually a winter drifting champion, just like you Dan. My ABS stopped working last night for some reason, so I got to drive for real! My 20minute commute took me an hour and 20 minutes last night. The most fun is along the back roads that haven't been touched at night.... driving with the highbeams on and 4gear mashed to the floor[hihi] RWD actually help you steer... FWD sucks!

Since I took these pics I've had to rake/shovel the roof. We've had a bunch of collapsed roofs around here. Every day I spend an hour or so shoveling/snowblowing. I feel bad for the old folks who have to hire someone to do it for them. $$$.

I'm so ready for spring.
