hey just failed New Jersey MV inspection for window tint. what crap,,,,, anyone know a way around removal and if not how do can I remove it

Yeah tint to the legal standard, no crap! Here is a site that explains removal.

Go to a gas station and pay them for inspection. Make sure they will overlook your tint job before-hand.
