Why old people shouldn't drive

Hey.
The threads just a joke. My dad was driving his old car and wasn't paying attention, and this was the result. I have been teasing him for years that he doesn't pay attention when he drives; I hope he will now.

This board tends to enjoy accident pictures, so here.

Also, his car slid under another car and caused very minimal damage to the other car.

This last picture just cracks me up.

ugh that sucks it looks like he hit a truck right?

No; that's what I thought at first too. He hit another Camry (2000something).

My Dad's car has been lower about 1.0 front and 1.2" in the back. And it has tokico HP series on all fours; it handles better than any Camry I've ever driven. So, I'm guessing when he hit the brakes the car took a nose dive and went straight underneath the other car.

Haha, love fluffy! Hope your dad is ok!

Yeah, he's fine. Thanks for asking. He's kind of pissed off for hitting someone else, but glad that no one was injured for his mistake. lol.

He's also worried they'll total his car because of the mileage on it; he doesn't want to get rid of it b/c he likes it for hauling crap about and for junk work, plus its great in the snow (believe it or not).

There's no real damage to the frame or fenders; I'm thinking a new hood, light brackets, lights, and grille. Junk yard, what $500? ANd my brother and I can do it. So, we'll see; gotta get through exams first though.

Can you really do that?!? Or were you being funny?
When my e30 was totaled, I bought it back from insurance for $150. I then parted it out and got around 2k from that... but you can rebuild and retitle it.
