For all of the conditions I would choose RWD in a heart beat if looking at the fun factor. Of course it is harder to drive a RWD car in snow but the only precaucions you have to take is make sure you don't apply too much gas. I remember when I almost hit a hydrant going no more than 5 mph the first day it snowed really hard but it wasn't because the car was RWD, it was because I couldn't drive (started braking in a turn) and the tires were summer tires that did poorly in any conditions different from dry. If you can't decide what car to get, get the RWD car, you will have more fun and instead of getting all season tires for the whole year, get summer tires and get pure winter tires, then you will be perfectly fine, just don't apply gas too much.
