The garage is nearing completion! [thumb]

I bit the bullet and had a separate A/C system installed in the garage today! Now I have no excuse for not waxing the cars during the summer!

around here some houses got like the underground garages...how cool would it be having like a basement/garage...have like a big screen t.v. and like your car with you :)...the only problem would be someone coming home at 12 a.m. and scaring the !@#$ out of me when im half asleep.

I'm really tired of parking on the street ..Sounds sweet vlad , congrats on the new system!
I'm getting married in 10 DAYS! so we'll be looking for a better place for my 2 baby's ..

I would love to do that it gets so damn hot in there. Last Sunday afternoon we left to go to the store and the temp. gauge was showing 102 when I turned the key in the garage. I don't think the temp. gauge is as accurate as the BMW gauge but even if was 10 off that’s still 92 in the garage [ohcrap] just way too early for this.

Yea, my house sucks in that respect. The back of my house is where all the crap is, master bedroom, bath, cooking part of the kitchen, dining and TV area. And it's a single story so the dining area is too far to one side to see the pool, only the yard is visible.

But you can STAND at any number of other windows and see it, but your looking over a bath tub, kitchen sink, cabinets, couch and other stuff.

Oh well, it's hard to get homes here especially if you want any type of lot. I was lucky to get mine. Our house went on the market at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday, our real estate agent called me at 6:00 pm and said we must be at the home no later than 7 am the next morning to have any chance. So I get there at 7:00 am and was already in a bidding war with another buyer but we won at 10k over list and paying all fees and costs. [:D]

Yes, I got in a bidding war and purchased a house my wife had not even seen. No choice though, thats the way the market is.
