Used M3 price - good or bad?

Hi, need some input from you guys, it would be greatly appreciated.

Used E46 M3, 2003 model, carbon black metallic, 12000km, options are SMG transmission. No accidents.

Price is slightly under 68k Canadian. Is this a good price for this car?
