hey guys im about to try a tranny swap from a 1986 325 (e30) from auto to man ... but first i wanted to see if i could get my automatic working again for a few weeks... i think it needs to be replaced cuz i only can backup and go in park and neutral ... lol it just stopped working one day when i was about a mile away from my house .... i was driving and then the engine was revving but i was going no where ... so i backed up all the way home lol ... im so good at reverse .... i used to practice driving backwards all the time .. but anyway i need help.. what size is the drain bolt ??? it's bigger than 21mm cuz i bought a set thinking that 21 would cover it ... like the bently manual says :-\ bently says 13mm n 17mm are the most common .. no where does it say the drain bolt is XX mm :-\ anyone know ? and if anyone knows any sites where they have pictures or step by step tutorials on fixing or swapping trannys pleasepost... thanx
