You hear all the media talk about this. "This year model the structural rigidity has increase by 50%, blah blah blah ". Can you describe the feeling and make comparisons on that feel.

You won't feel anything, until there is a collision. What they meant is this year cars use higher quality metal to build, and those metals can withstand more shear, tear, torsion stress.

structural rigidity as in the car's "solidness", alos it's ability to withstand high-impact collisions.

Frankly, aside from the luxury brands, the rest of the cars out there are just tin cans on wheels.

Haha, thats what I told my dad when he asked what his car feels like compared to my10 year old bimmer. I think he hates my car with a passion since then and tries to find any and all flaws about it.

My dad loves my Bimmer...

My step-dad says BMW is all hype, but he drives an Element so he doesn't count.

What's the adjective for the rigidity that prevents body roll?

Body roll is due to the suspension...

Right, but isn't there an adjective of rigidity that refers to... Oh, nevermind. I'm obviously looney.
Well, the e30 cabrio's are known for bad body flex, but you could eliminate all body LEAN/ROLL with a stiff suspension.
