Hi, This may seem like a silly post, but now that we are into top down driving on the east coast, what type of head gear, if any, do people wear to keep what little hair we have left from looking like we just combed it with a blender when we get out of the car? Baseball caps just don't seem to do it, unless you turn them backwards.

I have several BMW baseball caps and they work well in the roadster. If I decide to drive in a spirited fashion I might have to pull it down tighter at times...and a lot of times I just let the wind blow through my hair and put the hat on when I stop!

I remember a long trip through Montana in the Z3 2.8, I had a Racoon look, no tan around my Ray Ban wrap arounds! Remember to remove your sunglasses on occassion for a more even tan..........haha

In my last convertible I though I'd be smart and drive with out my shirt to combat the farmer's tan. Wound up having a diagonal strip across my torso from the seat belt. Looked like a Miss America sash.
Haha, add Racoon eyes and wala............. [hihi]

Haha, I bet you are a "sleeper" and lure them in for the kill! I have one of the leather/mesh windscreens for the roadster and use it on long trips. I like top down, windows down, and windscreen down during local driving!

I have hair down to my mid-lower back and I use the windscreen with windows down and, yes, my hair blows slightly, but doesn't whip like without the windscreen. I only put the windows up (and the seat 'butt' warmer on when its cold at night.)
You definately need to get the windscreen. It is awesome! [thumb]
