Infinity kappa's sound great (havent heard the subs, but my friend put the kappa's in his stealth and they kick ass) and he has an infinity basslink that sounds great too.

go eD over infinity. infinity is a good, but cheap solution. if you are tight on money though...get 1 12" jlw0 and a jbl bp300.1, cheapest setup you can get for good qulaity. and it'll still pound pretty good.

i heard the same thing about RF, i'll wait till a few others test their stuff out though before i think about buying any.

rockfords have gone down and i also dont like them cause bb has them, but anyway i have 2 infinity kappa perfect 12" and they sound real nice, and talking to some people who have tried more subs say they like the kappas the best. JL is good also, personally i think i would go with whichever between JL and Infinity was cheapest, because both are gonna sound good, and after getting a $3,000 system in my truck...I kinda want to get some other things instead now.

If you have a good shop around you, the new orion line has great sound and massive bass. I use JL W7 as in the 3 series this single 12 sounds the best and fits perfect.

JL all the way. Especially if you have the right enclosure. I worked in the business for ~13 years before I went to college and I tell you what....Some of the most impressive enclosures where single reflex band-pass with a pair of JL 12W1's. Mind you, I'm talking the model numbers from the mid 90's so they may have different numbers but the concept is the same. If you can band pass them and direct the port through the rear dash it will be more than you can handle.

JL's kick ass...however there is also little known company named KOVE Audio that makes the best sounding subs i have ever heard. I had 2 12' T3 Armageddons by Kove audio powered by 2 U.S. Amps 500's in my 98 Explorer Sport. At mid volume I had to vacate my car due to pain in the brain...literally. These subs actually rattled my teeth and blurred my vision.
