Boston Area BMW Service
I realize it has been a while since you posted but... I recently experienced phenominal service from Bridgewater Motor Works they are about 30 minutes from Boston and well worth the drive.
Being from Indiana, I needed them to do a pre-purchase inspection for me on a 740IL -- Eventhough I was out of state, they handled me and my car w/kit gloves and was very thorough. On top of that they were extremely reasonable w/price.

Hours of Operation
The service department is open from 7;55 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Moday through Friday. The parts department is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Night drop off envelopes are at the front enterance.
