S2000 pics

In another thread "MrElussive" asked for some pics of my 2003 Honda S2000. Here she is at the track, sort of.

Purchased exactly a week ago and driven about 1,000 miles since then. If any members are into autocross and live near Champaign Illinois, I may be showing up at an event. Its my first sports car and I'd like to see what that's about!

Great pictures, great ride! Congrats on the car, it looks so nice, the S2K is one of my favorite cars. You have the updated model with the 2.2L motor and 8,000rpm redline, right?


By the way, is that a bit of a bug problem ya got there with your front bumper?

Yep. Around here this time of the year they're fat & greasy from eating corn, and abundant. Best to put up with them until late October and then wash up.

The re-tuned 2.2 L appeared in 2004, so mine has the higher redline. About trains coming, last time I did a photo shoot at this intersection a train did come. sstodvictory, the 2004+ update was supposed to be really good but I've heard that the previous models are better if you really like to drive. I actually thought I had a big bug problem with my car's front bumper, but yours is waaayy worse. Either way, she still looks great..enjoy!

I saw one S2000 yesterday, while I was driving home. The engine surely sounds great. Love it! Have fun driving!
