Redesigned 2008 GTO

Motor Trend May 2005 says this is the redesigned "Mustang Killer" 2008 GTO. 6.0L 400 hp LS2. Definitely looks more aggressive than the current model. But I have seen this face before, what do you think?? IMHO it is reviving the Firebird look but not the name.

I agree, Kirby. Definitely drawing on the Second-gen Firebird styling cues. I think that has the potential to be a pretty and aggressive looking car. This is what the GTO revival should have been from the get-go.

FINALLY no kidney grill! Now if they make the rest of their cars front ends look like that they might not have to kill the brand.

Looks better than the current model, and it definately "kills" the mustangs looks (not the Shelby) I am thinkin' that Ford needs to get to the drawing board again....and quick. They would not even have to make many drastic changes, some hood scoops in the GT would be just enough.
