I went to an import car show in the javits convention center last year, and I saw a couple of BMW's that had this mod on it. I guess there was a switch in the driver's seat, but when flipped on the rear license plates would fold down, and behind it are 4 or so really really bright lights. I've just been looking around to see if anyone knew or have seen it, and who supplies them. I think they were auxiliary lights for a rear mounted camera, located on the bmw badge.
