Hi, I had asked the dealer about obtaining the radio code in case the battery has to be replaced, as it wasn't in any of the paperwork from the previous owners. Since the vehicle was used, they didn't have/know the code. Is there a way to find out what the code is?

Your local BMW dealership will not have that information off-hand, but the service department will be able to acquire the radio code for you based on your vehicle's VIN number (assuming you still have the original head unit). I believe you just fill out this form and then wait a couple of days and the BMW dealership gives you all the info you need.
