Possible wheels on my E30...

These wheels I (poorly) photoshopped... are from the Z1 and have the same 4x100 offset - so they are bolt on. I BELIEVE they are 15".

Those are obviously the basket weave wheels on it (they look better than that... they are super dirty in that pic) and I'd like to keep the 4x100 offset so I can use these as winter wheels. Also the car WILL be lowered... it is actually HIGHER in this picture than stock.

Those are the possible wheels lowered a little.

Anyone ever see these wheels on an E30? Or, know of any other 15" 4x100 offset?

Hey mate,

Yeah one of my mates has similar wheels to those that you photoshopped. They look quite nice as long as the car sits nice and low on them, otherwise they look a bit, well, girly[hihi]

Having said that, i'm all for keeping the car standard and i reckon the basket-weaves kick arse. I've got them too. You wish you had those Brembo's in real life don't you! LOL

I hate the basketweave wheel size. I know there ARE 15" basketweaves with the 4x100 offset, but I can't find them - otherwise I would buy them.

just to help you out a bit, 4x100 is the bolt pattern. offset is the distance from mounting face to center of wheel.
its easy to find wheels with that bolt pattern but the correct offset needed for an e30 is a different story.
those rims most likely do NOT have the correct offset. you would need spacers.

if you want advice on how to find e30 rims, i wrote a couple threads about it in the E30 section.... where this post should be :p

And yes, I don't particularly like the 14" basketweaves. Waaay too small, and my wheels need painted so bad.

Plus, the fact you can't find ANY TIRES besides ones you would put on some shitty civic with not even 1/8 the supposive handling capability.

I have the basket weaves... they look good when your car is dropped. You can fit 205 60 14's on them. I bought the BFgoodrich traction T/A H 's and they are great. Dang sticky, good in rain and look good in my opinion.

I also picked up a second set of basket weaves at a yard sale for 70 bucks with almost new michilens h rated tires on them. Man what a deal....

Anyway... lower the car first... you may change your mind. I'll try to get a pic.
