That guy was obviously gay and had a run in with an exboyfriend or what not, regardless I feel sorry for the car. If someone does that, you'd have to have really pissed them off pretty badly. There is no way that was a random keyup, and after something like that who the heck would say " I was wondering if I will be able to take some form of legal action" that guy seriously needs to grow some. If someone does that, you shouldn't spend time on a bmwboard, you should go out and kill the person who did that.

Sure I feel sorry for the car, but im pretty sure hes responsible for that being done to his car.

But it's all just a posted story of course. Just had never seen someone give a car of any sort (Much less a BMW!) a 'dildo' in the exhust... (yikes..)

Ouch that hurts. Three years ago I went to a concert with my old car ( a '98 328) and when I came out I was surprised to find my car completely trashed. My drivers side mirror was broken off, both of my drivers side doors were keyed. I had beer bottles broken all over my car (which resulted in several dents on my hood), my back left tail light was completely smashed in and my back bumber had been smashed, cracked, dented.... to the point it was hanging a few inches from where it should have been. Cost about $3000 to fix (insurance covered) new bumper and they had to do something on the framing underneath, new tail lights & cover, repaint both of the doors that were keyed, new side mirror, and they tried to heat the hood to remove the dents and then repaint it, but two of them never came out. I just can't believe anyone would ever do that.

That is scary, you can't even park the car in your own drive way now. A week ago someone stole my right side mirror (the glass only) maybe they are the same guys and are trashing BMW's all over NY.

That's insane. I have a hatred for Ford that runs deep into my veins but I wouldn't go as far as to destroy someone's car. I can't believe there's assholes out there who have the nerve to do that. How do they sleep at night? If I did that to a BMW I'd probably have to spend some time in therapy. So far nothing horrible like that has happened to my car and I hope it stays that way. If it happens at some random parking lot there isn't much you can do about it (unless you have assloads of money), but if it happens at school or something you'll be able to find out. And when you do, you give them an example of what the car feels, and key their face.

After all, BMWs have souls.

Wow seems like the East Coast is full of haters. Here in Chicago nothing like that happens. I think the worst thing they did to my car was throw ketchup and mustard on it but thats cuz I had a prob. w/ someone and I fixed that but man....WEST COAST AND EAST COAST you guys have to beat the shit out of your neighbors or something [???1] LOL

Damage that extensive with dildo's etc. is definetly a personal statement. I won't go so far as to say that the victim brought this on himself, but he really got someone mighty pissed off.... fer sur.

I doubt the friend owes money part, I think the guy realized he outed himself to everyone on the board, and wants to somehow undo it.

I wonder if hes the victim of a hate crime, or if it was the rainbow in his car that caused it?
