I really need some help. I wanted to lower my E46 318i saloon but is not really sure if it would rub with passengers in it. (Lowering option is : Front 60 and rear 40 mm ) Please give advise.

With regular lowering springs you won't have to worry about rubbing issues unless you have really big wheels.

Eibach Pro-kit or H&R springs would do just fine. If you are looking more of an aggressive drop, you can go with a coilover kit.
