Paint Color Question

I finally got new badges for the car that I am restoring, but I have to paint it first. I can't quite decide on the color, but I want either Imola Red or Interlagos Blue. What do you guys think? A picture of the car is below. Do you think people would call me a poseur if I put an ///M badge on it?

I'd leave that hood paint as is, it looks like the car is soooo fast that the paint is peeling from the leading edge. I might add some flashing leds on the valve stems tho....
