Yesterday there was an exotic car meet down on 1st avenue and 34th street in manhattan, the aim of the meet was to let sick and disabled children sit and look at incredible cars. I was invited along with another ML55 owner.
I spoke to the owner of this 6.0 Diablo and she let me sit in it =)
Afterwards, I was invited to meet up at a reserved restaurant called Route 22, up in westchester. One of the incredible cruises I have ever taken part in. Once we got out of the FDR, and out of interstate 87 and onto a parkway.. My my, I dont think I have gone slower than 90mph. Suprisingly, I was able to keep dead on with a Ferrari 348, the other cars in my group were a Aston Martin Vanquish, Lambo Gallardo, Ford GT, a Silver ML55, and Acura NSX-R. The Ford GT was in a class of its own. I kept up with the ferrari 348 and NSX all the way there, I got complimented on how capable our truck are, taking bends at 110+ and keeping on the tail of those two supercars. Empty roads, radar detectors in all cars, Fun as hell. I would have taken more pictures if I didnt only have a 16mb memory card =/.
