Racing on a public highway goes up. You might have to move to another lane when approaching an emergency vehicle stoped on the highway.

approaching an emergency vehicle and slowing to 20 mph actually went into effect a year ago, of course it only works if its not during rush hour traffic or any other hour of the day that makes it dangerous to slow to 20 mph and still have to switch lanes........our biggest change in the last year was the licence plate frame size and visibility...........

Are you talking about frames that hide portions of the license plate?

yes, in the beginning overzealous officials were stopping people with normal dealership license frames...........its all calmed down now............
