Need a shop that will install custom headers in NJ

I've got an 89 325iS and I can't find a place that will install my ireland engineering headers. They need to cut the downpipes and weld the new ones in front of the cat, know of any places around Ocean County, NJ? Meineke said they won't touch it

And does anybody know where I can get the 8mm copper exhaust bolts that I need to bolt my headers onto the block? Can't find em anywhere...

You have to find a tuning/performance shops. I know of one or two in Lodi, NJ but I don't know how close you are to them and some of these shops won't install anything they don't sell.
Did you try taking it to Midas? That's where I took my Jetta to get my exhaust installed....
