Navigation System Business

First of all, sorry for my bad english. I'm spanish and I will try to explain myself.

I've just bought a BMW 318d from Germany . It has a Navigation System Business. I would like to know if anybody has it, and what is your opinion about this device.

¿Can I add a CD charger? ¿Can I play MP3 with some chargers?

Yes you can add a CD changer in the back. I'm not sure if http://www.pacificbmw.com will ship overseas, but you might want to send them an email.
