Makes you wonder what would have happened to BMW if they agreed to be bought out. Wish Saab sharing platforms, Mitsubishi in trouble, and BMW thinking about building a minivan, it seems like things are changing all the time....

Nothing scares me more - but if you look at the size of BMW and the fellow brands that they own - Mini and Rolls Royce, they've created a very expensive company for anyone to acquire not like Saab and GM - they were a soul company – whose too say though.

In a ranking BMW has a market cap of about $71 Billion - VW $74 Billion and Daimler with like $100 Billion, and nobody else has a stake in them.

The Quandt family won’t let it happen – it’s they’re baby.
