Moon roof help

My moon roof on my 525i is giving me some trouble.........
I am able to vent the roof, but when it closes, it does not shut all the way on one side, preventing it from letting me slide the moon roof back!

It does not leak when it's washed or rains, but I cannot open it.......very aggrevating!
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I can adjust to correct this problem?
If so , then what and how?...........

I had a similar problem last year when I had my Jetta. The VW dealership just replaced my whole sunroof motor and everything was fine after that.

Something might have broken. My car has some plastic slide or something like that that wears down and breaks. Sounds similar.
