I have no idea how to resize my picture so that my signature will be in compliance with the new "announcement."

Can someone help me out?

Also, given the new dimensions, should I find another picture, as reduing this picture to that space will reduce the effect of the picture?

That's great; I can't decide which picture I like better; I like the size of the one by Tom, but I like the greater background in the one by bahnstormer. I'll decide tommorrow.
