Major Accidents near Seattle Lately

We have had two major accidents north of Seattle lately. The first involved a 5th wheel trailer that crossed over the center line on I-5. The second was a car that went the wrong way on I-5 and hit a semi truck and trailer head on. Both were within three miles of each other!

Sounds like the night a friend and I drove down on I-81, and there were about 5 huge accidents within about 50 miles, one was a tractor trailer that crossed the center divider and flipped over. Horrible accidents and I had to sit there burning up my clutch in traffic for almost 3 hours (which is the amount of time it should've taken to get down there AND back up...)

The one today had I-5 closed (South bound) for more than 8 hours! Traffic around Marysville was horrid. It took some people more than three hours to go 10 miles!

How do you end up on the wrong side of the freeway? Are there no dividers on the freeways up there?

In some areas no there are not, however in that area there are steel posts about three feet high with three strands of steel cable run between them. I heard that the 5th wheel rig jumped them, how that happens I have no idea?
