Hey guys, this is my first post. Does anyone know of any reputable independent bmw repair shops in the central new jersey area?? The dealers are robbing me blind. (King bmw)

Welcome to the board. I'm afraid I don't know one in NJ. But I know what you mean. It took me a while to find one in GA that I was comfortable with. The stealerships are only good for warranty work or complex engine work.

Contact this guy, ( germancarsonly@aol.com). He worked for a BMW dealer for 17 years and he really knows his sh**. Works right out of his backyard shop and does'nt charge much. He's located in Piscataway, NJ.

Hmm, not sure where you're located but I'm in Seaside Heights, NJ and the guys at the Seaside Park Service Center do great work and they are very fair as well. I always take my car there if I need the A/C system worked on or for anything else I can't do myself.
