Was overtaking an mg zr, just as i came onto it. Bloody got past then saw lights in a lay bye, then saw traffic police jumping into there st220

Went downhill from there really, never been so scared in my life with the police behind me, anyway they pulled me over and got there gun out and showed how quick i was going.

102 in a 70 I couldnt bloody believe it, didnt feel it, caught me from 412 metres away so they got me before I even saw them.

The copper told me ill be going to court which im not looking to forward to

Anyway think im gonna go have a little cry right now.....

Need some advice for the court, on my producer they have put no passengers down, when i did have one.

Now would it be best to have a passenger as a witness that it felt safe, or best not to say anything about a passenger?

In the States, a passenger can give evidence. However, unless that passenger happens to be trained in telling speed without any equipment, the driver's out of luck.

Sorry about the bad luck. Speed mysteriously just appears in these cars.
