iPod connects to a HK ???

I thought I heard there is a way to connect an iPod to the factory HK stereo ???

Anyone know for certain & how ???

I copied this verbatim from the 2003 Original BMW Accesories Brochure (Page 39, if you must know. ).

D. Auxiliary Audio Input

Now you can connect virtually any audio device - MP3 player, portable CD or cassette player, and more - to your car radio. The audio connection is mounted securely in the glovebox of your 3 Series and has a 3.5mm stereo connector. Audio from the auxiliary input is selected using the "mode" button on your radio.

Can you get accessories installed (such as this Aux Audio Input) in Europe before/after you pickup the car for European Delivery so you will have use of it before the car is shipped to the USA?
