In need of advice...possible new car (Carfax)

Hello everybody,

I currently have a 2004 M3 and a 2001 Pathfinder. The Pathfinder is getting older (61k miles), the warranty just ran out, and I am in need of a change. I was thinking about going all out and getting a used X5, 4.6 or 4.8 (2003-2006), in Imola Red. I have been looking on ebay and found these as perfect examples of what I am looking for...

I want a 2003-2006 used 4.6 or 4.8 X5 with less than 45k miles. Price around $35-$46 and I definately want the car very clean. Would someone mind running a carfax on the two cars? VIN's 5UXFB93593LN80771 and 5UXFA93574LE81356

Also, any advice or suggestions (serious and honest) on where to find the car, what to look for, and anything else. Lastly, if I cannot find a car I want, any other suggestions on other models, companies, etc.

I personally like the interior of the 4.6is a lot more, I think BMW interior of the X5 in 04 got a tad worse on the plastics used. When it comes to performance, it is a minor difference, unless you're big on around .5 seconds difference run to 60 then id go for a 4.6, although id try finding a 4.6 with a lot less mileage, if you can't go for the 4.8is.
