I'm *guessing* that they were using track tires. From what I have seen, most test reports use the stock/factory tires. Nice soft, sticky track tires will increase lateral limits.

If you buy a 320si in Europe it can do Gs of 1.2.

that is 1.1 lateral G on "that" track and at "those" speeds. the numbers you read in magazines and stuff are simple skipad results.
