First all, I don't have a picture..........which makes Vlad or Frolf (cant remember which does it) post his "This is a worthless post without picture." Hoping Santa brings me a digital camera for Christmas and then I'll post.

Ziebart (a.k.a. Z-Tech) Diamond Gloss Protective Coating

My car is shining, looks really good, hope its worth the money, $299.95 and annual applications will be $100.00.........no waxing ever again..........they were laughing about how much wax my car had and I informed them the dealership had done the last two waxings......the point of this thread..........when I went to pick it up, there was still some leftover wax from the dealership in the crevices that were just too hard to get out.........I complained nicely that the white in all the crevices really shows up........he whooped out a majic marker looking thing and said this will fix it and proceeded to go all around the crevices with this pen..........now I'm thinking, the guys on the board would be jumping up and down about now, $48,000+ car with black majic marker.........I said, whoa, what is it....he explained you get it at a craft store and he uses it on most detailing jobs for black cars......he said its a miracle worker.........and then showed me his $50,000 King Ranch Truck, also black......I said okay, paid the bill and left laughing the whole way home......... [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

I used a Black permanent marker to touchup on the hundreds of white dots on my hood, result from waxing with all those chips on the hood. It worked amazingly! Touchup paint would have left bumpy mess all over and take too much time and hassle to apply.

Well, now I try to use a black color wax by Turtlewax coz' of the hundreds of chips on my hood.
A new wax called Wattawax, a teflon-carnauba water-based wax, also works fine without leaving much leftover wax in crevices.
