Help please

Need a bit of tech help. I would like to put this picture/ animated picture as my avatar, but it says it's too big, can someone reduce it, or tell me/show me how to reduce it?

I so agree Justin. I absolutely love that scene (my soon-to-be avatar) with that song (cuz it's die mfer, die mfer, still) I've seen that movie like 20 times and I still laugh when I see it.

The file size is too large. Remove some of the frames or reduce the quality or something. You're limited to a 19.5KB avatar size and that one you want is 95KB.

Your other option is to have it hosted by another server and just provide the link to it for your avatar.

Sean, the file size is currently 95KB and to have the Avatar hosted by BMWBoard, it has to be less 20KB or less, or you can host the image yourself. If I remove the last frame (don't really need it) and re-compile it, it gets it down to 53KB. Do you have somewhere to host the image? Because the only other options at the 53KB file size, to get it to sub-20KB (so that BMWBoard can host it for you) would be to remove some more frames, decrease the image quality, and/or decrease the image size, none of which I really want to do (the quality of the animation will take a big hit if I perform any or all of these steps).

I tried hosting it on photobucket, but when I type the url into the avatar site on BMW board it tells me the file is too big. Should I search for another avatar? Or is the way you can just shrink the image a bit?

Hey Emile, I figured how to shrink the image on photobuck.com; however, because the original size I tried to shrink was 90k I had to keep cutting the image; could you post the 56k one and that way I'll only have to reduce it twice, instead of 4 times. The one I currently got is just a bit too small.
