Had to rescue my wife-she couldn’t shift my car.

Anyone that has read my posts knows that my wife is not into cars and her criteria for buying a cars is not like many of us here. Things like no Lexus RX330 because it looks like a roach, and the VW bug has great ladybug potential. Not that she does not like nice cars, just that what is important is not the same as some of us.

Anyway, she hates to drive my car and I just rescued her because she could not get the car in reverse. I tried to walk her through it on the phone but no luck; I had to go help because she was struck and could no longer go forward.

I guess I’m going to look for an auto BMW something. It gets too inconvenient having a car she cant/wont drive.

Yeah, she is very smart but just thinks cars should go without effort.

Oh, and this incident of driving and rescue all took place on my street.

I think you're lucky. My criteria for a woman is that she can't drive a manual. I didn't like my ex driving my car.

Well, that and all her limbs.

dont you guys have 3?

No, only two. The 05 Odyssey is still 2 weeks away and the Tacoma is real screwed up, they were scheduled for September 23-24 and they haven't started shipping yet. I only have $500.00 refundable on the Tacoma and may get something else.

One vehicle may go to Florida anyway, so still two.
