this is now my second winter season in which i'm trying to secure the elussive (to me) dunlop wintersport m3s. apparently they are sold out everywhere in the states. i found a good set of alpin pa2s, for a descent price, so i'm gonna buy them tomorrow.
i'm posting this msg to let the potential buyers of snow tires to act quick! winter tires are already drying up. they are pretty limited in number to begin with (i heard it makes up 1% of total tire sales..) from one of the tire guys i spoke to, the bridgestone warehouse burned down about 3 weeks back, and all their snow tire stock went up with it.. (i don't know the validity of the story) but either way, i had a hell of a time finding snows
so secure those suckers, esp before the first snow storm hits, or you'll end up w/ nice and squish q rated snows, if you can even spot them..
