So as typical when family members trade cars with me for the say something comes back odd. Today it's the flat-tire sensor. I have an X3 but I know the sensor is generic to most BMs.. anyway, I checked out all my tires and they seem fine. They're brand new tires (under 1k miles) so I don't know what else could set off the sensor.

Anything I could do to turn it off before I bring it by the dealership tomorrow would be greatly appreciated. :)

Thanks in advance for any input.

Dang Mang............ where you been for the last year??? I just took mine (X3) to my local dealer and they reset it. There was no issue, just the new tires made it so it needed to be reset.

There's an actual button to reset the sensor but for some reason it wasn't shutting it off.

I tried it again this morning and predictably it turn off. Weird, but it did. Thanks guys. :)

Don't you have a button on the center console? You may have to ohld the button longer (I think it takes a few seconds).

Ours went off when a tire was a bit low... filled all 4 tires to 36psi, pressed the button for a few seconds while driving as per the manual, and boom, the light went out.

Check the manual, there's a section on this feature.
