Anyway, from all the talk around town these “emergency repose” systems have been used often in such a manner as wire taps for evidence.
I actually never thought of this but I bet there are a lot of Mercedes being traded in now.

Former federal investigator John Hambrick tells Eyewitness News to bug an in-car system requires the same process for a traditional wiretap.
