Exhaust emission

Hey,

I am having trouble with my Exhaust emission the light keeps coming up and on the dash and i have brought it to a BMW service garage before and i thought i had the problem fixed but it has occured again - any ideas as i did not thing i would have this as a recurring problem.

I am driving a 318ci and also looking to enhance the engine power - anyideas without supercharging it?[headbang]

With the 318 you are very limited when it comes to power adders.

I wasn't aware there was an exhaust emissions light. Are you sure its not the check engine light?

I chipped my old E30 318is, but other than that, like Tom says you are very limited regarding power. Never seen an "emissions" light.
