Defect Codes

I have a repair history report for my used 330ci. Unfortunately, I do not have the appropriate CD to lookup defect codes. Could someone lookup the following defect codes:

52 10 11 39 00
00 61 75 01 00

52 10 11 39 00 - Unpleasant noise in the front seat

00 61 75 01 00 - I believe this code is used for warranty billing, it wasn't a defect code anyway.

I'm guessing here. But does this mean that if you buy a cpo you can get a repair history that has codes on it, and that there is a cd that explains what problems the codes refer to?
If thats the case then that can take alot of the guesswork out of buying a used bimmer.
Where do you get the repair history and cd from?

First code......BMW suggests the use of BEANO

Second code...BMW says not our fault.

Yes, you can get a Vehicle History Report for used BMWs. When I bought my used 330 coupe, I called the dealer (MSRP sticker from original purchase was still in the glovebox), gave them the VIN and scheduled the 15000 mile service. During a later visit (to reprogram the EGS) I asked for a copy of the VHR. The service advisor printed it via the DCSNET system. The VHR shows the wholesale/retail dates, new vehicle warranty/full maintenance expiration date/mileage, original owner, vehicle options/option codes, and repair history (including the 15000 mile service I just recently performed).
