Convertible With Retractable Hardtop?

Does anyone know whether BMW now makes or is going to come out with a convertible with a retractable hardtop?

I basically want a closed car but am intrigued by the concept of occasionally dropping the top on a nice warm day in the country.

Thanks in advance for any information you can offer me. I am new to this board so need all the help I can get.

Welcome!!

BMW does not yet have a retractible hardtop. BUT spy shots seem indicate that the E90 (the newest BMW 3 series) convertible will have a retractible hardtop. It will probably be available late this year, or early next year.
